Unable to Install Game-Read Other Thread With This Title

I am attempting to install the game on a Windows Vista 64 system.

When the DVD would not detect on an internal DVD drive, I tried an external drive and the computer began the installation process.

My version of Vista has Directx 10 installed with it.

The game never finishes installing. It gets to the "installing Directx" and never finishes.

The game shows as being installed under Control Panel, but when I navigate manually using Windows Explorer or My Computer to the exe program to start the game, I get a message saying the game is not installed properly.

Frustrated.

Hi! Sorry to hear about your problem, I completely understand your frustration. Sounds like a faulty DVD. Try to copy the files from the DVD to your computer to some folder and install from there. Or go to the store and ask for a new disc to see if that helps.
