I have been trying the fixes listed on here and at the post on steam regarding the crashes, I have opened the player.log file and found a save creating an issue.
This save has now been permanently deleted
On load up I am getting a Object Reference error every time
I have attached a player.log file from after I deleted the relevant save game.

All mods have been removed at paradox mods website.

I have verified game files using steam and have re-installed twice to no avail.

Looks like a classic mod cache issue.

Please delete the folder ".pdxsdk"in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\.cache\mods, Delete the folder playsets_metadata and the file PlaySetSettings .





If that doesn't help we'll need to do a full clean reinstall.
