Unable to load saved game

I am using the 1.02 English version. I saved a game and shut down the computer. When I came back on 2 hours later, I am unable to load my saved game. The start button does not come one, and the playable counties, etc. come up as if I am starting all over.

Can anyone advise on what I can do to correct this? Will I have to re-install?

Sounds pretty normal. You still have to select the kingdom, duchy or count you want to play from you save.

I can select the name of my saved game, and that is when the start button does not get highlighted. Are you saying that after that, I have to select the county that I am playing in that game in order to continue?

As an additional question out of curiosity, since I have to pick the county I was playing when I select my saved game, does this mean that I can go into another county, etc. and play as that one with the same saved game?
