Unable to log in via paradoxplaza.c0m/login

Hello everyone,

So I've tried multiple times to log in via Paradoxplaza.c0m/login but every time I click the green LOGIN button after filling in my account details and doing the "I am not a robot" check it sends me to a page saying:

"Sorry, looks like the page you are looking for does not exist."​


Then I click "Go Back" and I'm still logged out. This problem does not happen at login.paradoxplaza.c0m or forum.paradoxplaza.c0m, etc.
Is there a way to fix this issue though? And am I the only one with this problem right now?
 
Only that page does this for you? How about say accounts.paradoxplaza.com ?

Have you tried from an Incognito page?
 
Once you get into accounts.paradoxplaza.c0m can you then access paradoxplaza.c0m and any other parts of our site okay?

That can be a password issue - the store server can have problems with unusual characters like spaces or accents.

Well, you could still try changing your password so it uses only standard Latin alphanumerics - any better?

Okay so I have tried that as well and It didn't work.

Also, I noticed that when I changed my password to test this it says "Unable to get newsletter" on my account settings page.
The login issue still remains...

I've been thinking and I think that this is the only way to fix this;

Can I request for all my Paradox accounts to be deleted (Main, forum, etc.) because maybe if I recreate my entire account I won't have the same issue anymore? I can always reconnect with my Steam account after recreation so nothing will get lost right?

Probably better to just make a second Paradox account as an experiment; deletion is a drastic step and a one-way street!

Account deletion can take quite some time, that's all. You could change the email of this account to something bogus, then make a new account using this email for this test. Then swap them back later if you wish.
