Unable to play graphical bug

hey looking for some help installed prison architect to play for the first time in years and im having a wild bug that it seems no one else has had. Game launches and goes through opening sequence but while on a black screen. tried safe mode and multiple uninstalls. i have a new alder lake cpu and a 2080 on windows 10 and i feel like the cpu is the issue since it has caused issues in the past but just looking for some help if possible. attached is what the game looks like while it "runs"

Is this on the same machine you played years ago? Could you be subscribed to the same mods as back then?

If so Please try this:

- uninstall PA from Steam
- unsubscribe from all mods in this game's Steam Workshop

Delete the following folders if still present:

- Steam/SteamApps/common/PA
- C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Introversion/Prison Architect/
(keep any valued save games, of course)
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

Now install PA again and see how that goes please!

AND DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
