Unable to progress. Stuck on level 2 with black screen

We completed Level 2 and it seemed to load, but then it resumed back to where it was with a 2% transparency with a black background. I was able to chat and walk through the next level portal, but the next level (Boss) did not load.

Hello,
Thank you for reporting this. We have had similar events before, and are working to get rid of this.
If this (or anything similar) happens again, please exit your game afterward and save the log and attach it here.
