Unable to put 0 AI empires on galaxy sizes larger than 200 stars.

I’m on Xbox, not sure if this is also true for PlayStation. But I’m unable to have 0 AI empires on the 400 and 600 star galaxy sizes.

Unfortunately, this has always been the case on console (i play on playstation) for as long as I can remember (2 years already now) The 200 star galaxy is the only one where 0 Ai Empires can be placed. For others, the minimum is 1.
