Hi everyone
Anytime I try to save a game (since yesterday), I get the following message (the hex code for the *.ccs changes, obviously):
An error occurred while packaging to the save file.
A backup was created at C:\Users\micha\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Saves\Temp\c71c77a5-81ee-4743-af62-59eee1df48ba.ccs and should still be loadable. [System.IO.IOException]
Details:
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path "C:\Users\micha\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Saves\Temp" is denied.

I get this message no matter what I do, whether attempting to save locally or to the Steam Cloud, even if I start a new map and try to save a new file before I do anything at all.
I have tried the following:
* Disabling mods ( -disableMods -noWorkshop code)
* Uninstalling and reinstalling Steam
* Uninstalling and reinstalling CS
* Reseating the RAM!
This has only started happening since last night, and has already wiped one of the cities I had been working on for a while (it didn't save to the Progam Files (x86) folder either).
I have attempted to write other, non-CS files into that directory, and it works fine.
Not being able to save the game essentially makes this game unusable, because nobody wants to keep CS running continuously for hundreds of hours.
My computer specs are:
Gigabyte Z790 Gaming X AX Motherboard
Intel Core i5-13500 2.5GHz CPU Raptor Lake
Corsair Vengeance 64GB DDR5 5600MHz RAM
GeForce RTX 4070 TI 12GB Graphics
Windows 11
