I have had this problem for months it feels totally ignored. I have opened multiple tickets and been told its a known issue and its being worked on. Exactly how long do I have to wait to play 100+ dollars worth of DLC? Seems like not being able to use the product AT ALL would be a little higher up on the list of priorities. Can I please get some help getting this resolved? It is completely ridiculous that a customer can purchase something through one of your retailers (microsoft) and then be totally written off and left to deal with this issue.
 
By posting here you only get some of the same people you get by lodging tickets. I see your two tickets but am not sure to what degree the problem has been looked into since then.

You won't want to hear this but your best move is to lodge another one, and ask for it to be looked at by the Manager there Christian.
