I have had this problem for months it feels totally ignored. I have opened multiple tickets and been told its a known issue and its being worked on. Exactly how long do I have to wait to play 100+ dollars worth of DLC? Seems like not being able to use the product AT ALL would be a little higher up on the list of priorities. Can I please get some help getting this resolved? It is completely ridiculous that a customer can purchase something through one of your retailers (microsoft) and then be totally written off and left to deal with this issue.
