Undead and The Kickstand is buggy for me

I play through Steam. This is first time I ever had problem. I wanted to start new prison. I noticed my game was kinda slow loading up but not too bad. Then as I started to try make new game I noticed that selecting anything is difficult for me. On check boxes and drop boxes I have to click to side or above. Also selecting wardens and guard dogs is difficult. They are half cut off and I have get it to highlight to click on to them. I am guessing my game isn't center. I don't know why that is. It in whole game is hard to select too and looks like game is not center. I screenshotted show some what I mean.

Do you have any mods installed or subscribed? I saw someone post an image that was similar and removing their mods entirely fixed it.

No, I just click on game make sure it is updated and then I brought Undead.

Right click on the game in your library, select properties.

See if this changes anything.

No changes. It still the same.

Well I figured out the problem that it in window mode I have the issue. Because in full screen mode it works fine. It is weird because I never had this issue with window mode.
