When I create/usurp a kingdom formerly held by Muslims, the investiture is neither papal nor free.
When I set it on "free", it leads to a ratification, and I cannot change another crown law in my regency.
This is a bit of a pain since if it's undefined because the Christian investiture was unknown there until now, how come it counts as "changing a crown law" when I set it for the first time, resulting in a life-long lockout?
