Unhanded Exception Has Occurred??? Please help

I tried to load game after the hotfix and now I get the message, "unhanded exception has occurred in your application. The system cannot find the file specified" and I can no longer load game. Any help would be appreicated, please keep in mind that I am not a computer expert. Thanks
