Unified Europa Mod. AKA, I can't mod.

So, I've been fiddling with Modding CK for quite a while now. But I'm really really bad at it. For instance. I've really wanted to create a mod where all of Europe is under ruler, with no counts or anything, then be able to watch the whole thing come crashing down.

I can't mod this for crap, even though it seems like it'd be pretty simple, just slap all the tags under one ruler and let it go.

If anybody can throw this together, or explain with sock puppets how I could do it, I'd be ever so grateful.

That's very easy to do. If nobody has done this for you by the time I get back home, I'll upload something for you.

1066 province/culture setup, but just one character existing -- correct?
Just answer the following:
Character Name
Character gender
Character culture
Character stats
Character traits
Primary title (kingdom he appears as -- e.g. BYZA to be emperor, or any other king tag to be king)

Yeah, I'm not picky about WHO holds the title, I suppose William de Normandy is as good a choice as any.
