Uninstall error

I needed to uninstall CK, but when i tried the first time an error message appeared and it read:

Unhandled Exception

Error Number: 0x80070725
Description: Incompatible version of the RPC stub.

Setup will now terminate

I tried manually uninstalling the game myself, but now the game won't install, and i still can't uninstall, it still thinks i should be able to play, but of course that doesn't work. HELP!

Manual Uninstall
The link is for Victoria, but just substitute Crusader Kings for Victoria and everything else should be the same.

Let me know if you have any trouble.
BTW that error is an install shield error and nothing to do with your system or the game.
