Uninstall Problems

I deleted the hkey for HOI2 (programs\paradoxineractive\heartsofiron) and ran install but the repair/uninstall option still came up and when I ran repair the progress bar jumped almost immeadiatly to 100% and no HOI2 folder was created or anything.
Any Ideas

Nm I solved the problem by deleting all those Installshield registries then just restoring them when it finished install
