Unintentionally destroyed HRE by forcing Emperor to become Shia

Description​

As Shia Persia, I fabricated a religious conflict on HRE emperor Austria, won the war, forced religion on him, and the HRE disappeared. The game said "due to lack of electable emperor". However, there were still catholic monarchies in the empire (Bar and Palatinate have electors voting for them, and Cleves is another eligible candidate).

Steps to reproduce​

Be Persia, fabricate religious conflict on HRE emperor, force religion.
The attached save game is directly before enforcing the peace, i.e. with HRE still intact.
