Unit deployed in water error.

can some one please explain this error, germany is deploying untis to water, i tried loading the game up as germany and tried moving the but there stuck!!!!!!!!!

any ideas
iam playing world in flames platenium arma 1.2

It`s not water. It`s an island called Bornholm.
