hello guys, i hope people answer this but , why does my unit organization always reset every 1st of the month, for example my hussars were at 174 org and for the course of a month It became 300 but when its the 1st day of the next month it always shows the major discovery tab and the org resets to 174 again, its the same for all my units, can someone pls help me, is this a bug or something? because it's really annoying

Sounds like you've left some sort of console command on... can you post some screenshots?
oh yeah about that uhh..... my pc can't screenshot it for some reason, but I am using the cheat pack mod and I instant researched all of the techs, and I also use spawn unit commands and use the reorg command, is any of this alarming or......
Might be something to do with those then, because I don't recognise it as any of the problems in Vanilla.

A likely explanation or attempt of such :
If you don't have enough resources to keep organisation at max, then it regresses to the old state again at the monthly check.
At least that would explain it and as i believe to recall a similar experience when i had used the reorg cheat myself quite a while ago.

Inventions reset org to the default maximum (so not adjusted by the leader). It might be related to this mechanic. Besides that I don't know any mechanic that (re)sets the org of a unit.
