Ingame Difficulty Selector (IDS):
-UMP v0.02 features IDS, a event based modification that allows player to choose ingame difficulty at the beginning.
-Currently only Hard level is avaiable, Easy and Normal levels will be active in next version
General changes:
-To become civilized requires only 75 prestige points, instead of former 100
-Russia starting resources allow all of it's factories to work at full-load for 3 months
-Austria starting resources allow all of it's factories to work at full-load for 1 month
-Prussia starting resources allow all of it's factories to work at full-load for 6 months
-Sweden starting resources allow all of it's factories to work at full-load for 6 months
-Sardinia-Piedmonte starting resources allow all of it's factories to work at full-load for 6 months
-United Kingdom starting resources allow all of it's factories to work at full-load for 7 months
-USA starting resources allow all of it's factories to work at full-load for 4 months
-France starting resources allow all of it's factories to work at full-load for 6 months
-Spain starting resources allow all of it's factories to work at full-load for 5 months
-Ottoman Empire starting resources allow all of it's factories to work at full-load for 6 month
-...plus minor changes to other countries!
-Austria has been greatly weakened to help unification events fire and for historical accuracy. She now incurs a large debt at the start of the game, and only has two state cultures, Hungarian, and South-German.
-Turkey has been simillarly weakened as well.
-The Treaty of Guadulupe Hidalgo, which awarded the Southwest to the United States, is now included.
-Unification for Italy is now much easier, and once it is unified, it is easier for Italy to acquire her provinces from Austria as well. There are now "Popular Unificaition" and "Conservative Empire" style events that can occur if Italy has still not united by 1880.
-The German unification process has been greatly simplified as well
-Russia's sale of Alaska is now simulated via Steele's excellent "Alaska Mod" which is included here.

German unfication mod:
each german minor can now unifiy germany through popular unification or conservative empire
tweaked the BB ammount of popular unification in the same way as conservative empire(-30 BB)
Three hurrays are not implemented yet(i will add this later)
Countries:
-Artillery factory in France replaced with cement and fretilizer factory.
-Fabric factory in France downgraded to level 1
-Fertilizer factory in France upgraded to level 2
-Cement factory in Liegnitz(Prussia) upgraded to level 2
-Fabric factory in Memphis(USA) replaced with cement factory in Knoxville
-Fabric factory in Plymouth(England) upgraded to level 2
-Fabric factory in Southhampton removed
-Artillery factory moved from Bedford to Southhampton
-Liqour distillery in Dunde replaced with Cement Factory
-Fabric factory in Barcelona removed (Spain)
-Cement factory added to Bilbao (Spain)
Economy changes:
-Cement factories now 2.75 times more efficent
-RGO construction time increased to 2 years, except : oil_rig, precious_metal_mine, sulphur_mine - 3 years
-Factory construction times tweaked. Different factories now take from 1.25 up to 4 years to build
-Factory output and input requirements slightly modified
-Colonial forts take 3 years to build
-Construction requirements of all colonial buildings tweaked
-cotton_plantation cost increased to 200
-dye_plantation cost increased to 200
-tobacco_plantation cost increased to 500
-tea_plantation cost increased to 350
-coffee_plantation cost increased to 350
-opium_plantation cost increased to 500
-sheep_ranch cost increased to 200
-silkworm_ranch cost increased to 200
-cattle_ranch cost increased to 200
-fishing_wharf cost increased to 200
-orchard cost increased to 200
-grain_farm cost increased to 150
-coal_mine cost increased to 200

-Fertilizers/Explosives appear on WM very early now (early 40's)
-Everyone can buy artillery, rather early, from WM now
-Price drop for Clipper Convoys is now less radical
-There is more paper on WM now, but price remains high!
-Cement factories are a bit more profitable
-Almost all input values for different facotries changed for better balance!
-Tweaked basic supply consumption for: Aristocrats, Capitalists, Officers, Clergymen, Clerks, Craftsmen, Farmers and Labourers
-Tweaked everyday supply consumption for: Aristocrats, Capitalists, Officers, Clergymen, Clerks, Craftsmen, Farmers and Labourers
-Tweaked luxury supply consumption for: Aristocrats, Capitalists, Officers, Clergymen, Clerks, Craftsmen, Farmers and Labourers

Unit changes:
-Infantry and cavalry units somewhat slower now(gives bonus to defender, allows more to mobilize reserves)
-Adding artillery brigade makes units much slower, but adds some more firepower
-Irregulars are very slow now(to simulate poor command, disorganization etc, lack of battleplans, etc.)
-Irregulars consume less supplies now
-Guard, hq, engineer brigades cost a little more
Tech changes:
-Techtree researchtimes increased slightly
-Some tech's are now more expensive to research
