Units in one shard can't attack after game load

I've got a game going where one shard (I think that's what you call a landmass) is glitched and none of my units can attack. I can move the units, but if I mouse over an enemy there is no attack icon. I'm playing from Steam and I'll post a save game if necessary, although I will need help finding it. Thank you.

UPDATE 1: I've tried reloading the game several times but that doesn't help.
UPDATE 2: The units that are not able to attack are able to rest with the enemy unit in an adjacent hex.
UPDATE 3: The enemy units that are not attack-able also do not attack me. Those "broken" enemy units do block movement.

A savegame would probably help the devs. In-game click the export savegames button on the load menu. It will tell you where it put them after exporting.

Darn it! I started a new game, overwriting the autosave of the corrupted game. I'll keep an eye out for the problem and post here again if it occurs.
