All units as Feudal:Monarch must have For the Monarch and all units in the Monarch's stack must have 0 upkeep but reincarnated units don't have For the Monarch and still retain their unit upkeep.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Play as Feudal Monarch
2. Get a Ritualist with Reincarnate
3. Get one of your units killed and Reincarnate them
4. Choose to keep the unit after combat
5. Look at its stat page.
