unknown string wanted

Just got CK and patched it with 1.03b

Right off the bat I've noticed numerous "UNKNOWN STRING WANTED" messages, when I click on some Coat of Arms or when I hover over some characters.

For instance: Two examples.

I am the Duke of Bohemia. Opawa is my vassal. When I click on his COA, I get the following options:

Mobilize host
offer marriage
send assassin
declare war
UNKNOWN STRING WANTED
Grant title
Revoke title.

Another example:

I click on Duke of Silesia--a duchy of Poland

Declare war
Send Assassin
UNKNOWN STRING WANTED
Pledge Allegiance
UNKNOWN STRING WANTED
Grab Title

Also, if I hover over the portraits of some people I get UNKNOWN STRING right below their titles and above their character traits.

I checked with some other CK players and they say this shouldn't be happening.
