Unlimited money broken amd missing after todays update on Xbox One.

Was excited to check out all the new assets/changes/additions in todays new update really quickly but can't do that as unlimited money is broken in my pre existing city.

I loaded a city I had made previously that had unlimited money enabled. Within a few seconds it removed unlimited money and told me I was going bankrupt. I was therefore unable to purchase anything. I tried reloading and the same thing happened. I can't find it in options im the pause menu either.

I can start a new city with unlimited money just fine but in pre existing cities it is broken.

Wierd. Anyway, just checked myself and have seen that unlimited money is still an option when creating a new city. I updated this post for it. I swear there used to an option in the pause menu where you could enable or disbale inlimited money but can't find that anymore.

There was. I accidentally clicked on it when saving once Cue massive bankruptacy warnings and mass panic from myself lol

I think if you save the game after the message about bankruptcy then go to load screen then A to select you get the option to get unlimited money along with other things. Load game give it a moment or two after load. Bingo unlimited money. Save game again and it seems to be ok. Bit convoluted but works for me on Xbox, at least it did for a test game i have.

I wonder what the reason is why you can no longer do this within a paused game as you could before

That doesn't work for me, the option to select Unlimited money when creating a new game is no longer available.
