I've searched through the bug forum and I didn't find this bug submitted. I'm surprised that anybody noticed it beofre, because it is VERY visible. 
The calculation of the Monthly Presgite Change seems to be wrong:
My scientific calculator says that "0.4 + 0.5 - 0.4 = 0.5" (not 0.1)
I have reloaded the game and noticed that the problem starts when my daughter reaches the age of 16. As soon as I marry her the monthly change is again +0.5.
The calculation of the Monthly Prestige Change is ok. The bug is in the tooltip, it is not showing the penalty for having your elder daughter unmarried (before marrying her I played for several months and confirmed that the real change in my prestige was +0.1/month)
I'm playing v1.04a with SECKS and "1066 bugfix" mods (I think the mods are not responsible for this strange behavior, but who knows )
