Perhaps some inventive modder can think of an event whereby unmarried courtiers which are getting along in years can 'request' their lord to allow them to marry or at least have a kid (illegitimate?). I mean these guys are so content its unrealistic. You, as the lord, can of course refuse them (though they may go ahead and have a kid anyway).

Nope, not possible. There is no way to arrange a marriage by event. You can trigger bastards by event for non-rulers, but the bastards are attached to the ruler, not the person triggering the event.

but isn't it possible for your wife to have bastards?
I repeat, bastards triggered by event for non-rulers attach to the court's ruler, not the person triggering the event, so if a bastardy event is written so that it triggers for your wife, the bastard will be yours, not your wife's. Anyway, the default assumption for the child of a married woman in that era was that it was legitimate, unless there was extraordinary evidence to the contrary.
