Hello, I bought the game, but the launcher is not updated, and how i can accept the end user lisence agreement, what should I do?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Looks like a communications problem there, although the launcher in those first two screenshots is up to date at 2024.3

Unfortunately, it didn't work. Of course, I have to say that I live in Iran, maybe it's because of internet restrictions, and when I run the launcher, something is blocked by antiviruses.متاسفانه کار نکرد البته این را هم باید بگویم که من در ایران زندگی میکنم شاید به دلیل محدودیت های اینترنتی باشد و در هنگامی که لانچر را اجرا میکنم توسط انتی ویروس ها چیزی block میشود

If this is due to where you live, of course there is nothing we can do about that. That said, so far as I know there are no such issues with Iranian players.
