Where can I get the update? My launcher only have register even though I already registered the game and I can't even install the game. It keep giving me steam setup.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
The retail version is the steam version.
Once it's installed you can play it without running steam.
Have to log into steam to download the updates.

When you do what? Install an update? What we're trying to say here is that with Steam, you don't need to apply any updates, they happen automatically. What version # and checksum show on the main game menu?
