Why is the Vcitoria 2 forum still locked and as it seems as the only game ?

The only subforum to see for Vic2 is the After Action Reports sub.

I can't test when logged in, but as other games subforums can be read while not logged in i would assume
i would be the same for Victoria 2, but it is not.

So is there a reason ?

I specifically motivated to ask, as it's quite annoyng to mention this one exception from the rule to new users
when it comes to tech support or registering in general.

why can i link only these services but not the other ones? i see on Nintendo i can get city skylines but if i search the actual store on the switch, it doesn't come up.

Your question is nothing to do with the topic of this thread. In future please post a new thread in the appropriate forum.

To answer your question, that game was deprecated on the Switch five years ago, so is no longer for sale there:

When I click the « Sync products » button, this error message appears :
« Your user account is not linked to a Paradox account. »
But as far as I know it is?
Has this issue been brought up here before? I tried a search but it appears no-one has encountered this error.

Only linking to a Steam account gives you any forum icons here, which is what that Sync achieves. No other vendor (eg Epic, MS, GoG, PSN) can sync game ownership to any external account such as a Paradox account.

Hi there. This is my first post on the forum, and I've ran into basically the same issue: I've linked my Steam account to this account, and yet attempting to click on the Sync button in the "Owned Items" tab redirect me to the same error message. I checked my Paradox Account settings several times to be sure that my Steam account is linked (and it is), and as far as I know my forum account is basically the same as my Paradox account.

I've also checked my Owned Items tab repeatedly over the last 30 minutes since I assumed I needed to wait, but to no avail. I still receive this error message, and I don't know how to deal with it even with the answer above, because I don't quite understand how it can help me with my current issue.

I think you have an account problem, as I cannot see this forum ID in the back end, somehow.

Please lodge a support ticket at paradox.zendesk.com from this Paradox account and we'll look into it there. If it is too deep a problem we may need to wait until Paradox return from their summer break in early August. Sorry!

Actually, log out of the forums and of your Paradox account on all devices, then log into the forums again. We're hoping that will trigger a sync.

I assume its about CK3, in which case you need to ask here.
I doubt there's a way, though.

Despite owning victoria 3, as can be seen in my linked steam account and in the account.paradooxplaza.com/games section, there is no victoria 3 content showing up in the forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/prdx-owned-items section. Everything else seems to show up but vic 3 doesn't. I clicked the sync button. I made sure that the steam link was working, but vic3 isn't showing up. And I know that new stuff does show up, by the fact a recent hoi4 dlc purchase showed up on there.

Is there some issue I am unaware of? Don't know where else to turn to.
