I think Phalanx uses a modem and the patch to 1.07 is about 18 megs in size....that is at least 2 hours of download time, if everything is optimal. Which it usually isn't...I remember using 56k to get realplayer when it was 15 megs in size. It took me over 6 hours to download it. A lot of people can't take that long to download something....
Yeah, I've done that...but couldn't with AOL, they disconnected if you didn't do anything within 20 minutes. Quite irritating...that is why I have cable modem now....
