Is there any indication on what us modders will have to change to make our projects compatible with the next patch? I remember the 1.03 to 1.04 transition changed quite a bit and caused some problems back then.

As in the past, on release of the patch we will write how to port a mod from 1.04 to 1.05.
IMHO the 1.03 to 1.04 transition didn't change much; the problem was not with modders but with players that tried to use a 1.04RC1 mod with 1.04 patch, ignoring that it needed changes to work (changes detailed by us on patch release).

How much change would be needed for a mod? I wont ask what exactly, just that it would be a lighter process or a more painstaking one?
It should be limited (but no official confirmation yet) to adding/removing specific lines of misc.txt

In a previous thread one of official DEVs annouced that new 1.5 patch will add more than of 60 new tags
For us,modders,its a perfect news.
I'm have only one question-a new patch will realized in this year?

Not more than 60, but exactly 60 IIRC.

We are working on this. It's what we want, but we can make no promises even at this moment, so I cannot answer your question.

We'd all be interested in a current build changelog. Maybe post the alpha misc.txt. It is a jumbled mess already but, there are alot of cool functions that have been added. Would be nice to have the values reorganized and split them into seperate categorized files. Some of the more confusing descriptions could use some retranslating as well.
