Hey, I'm still not 100% aware of how the mods system works, but I could note that there is not a way to upload mods using the Xbox version of Surviving Mars... Is there any tool that makes this possible, without needing the PC version?

Unfortunately you're only able to use the tools on PC and upload via https://mods.paradoxplaza.com/ to use on Xbox
