Uploading Preview Image?

Just making a company logo/decal.

So, I get an upload error when I select a "Preview Image". I saw on another thread about using a .png. But when I click on it, it just wants leaves it blank. All I can choose are .tga file, and when I use a .tga file, it uploads as an error.

Nevermind, after tinkering around.

I have to place a png image within the %appdata% section of the mod.

Tried to make another logo thumbnail, this time doing the same thing as above, but now I get an error for uploading... so confusing.
