Noob question here. I did some searching for this and couldn't find anything .
So I've got a save game I would like to share with the world, and since it uses several DLCs and 400+ custom assets, I was wondering if I really need to list all those assets when I upload the mod, or if there's a way to make the game detect which assets are needed, and automatically subscribe to them on the workshop? When I look at my save game list in the content manager, each save file tells me how many custom assets are used and helpfully provides a "Subscribe all" button. Will every other user see this, or is it something added by a mod I have added?
So tl;dr: when I upload a save file, can other users just go into content manager and just click that button to subscribe to quickly download the custom assets I've used?
The "Subscribe All" is indeed there for everyone else. It doesn't track what's used in the save, but what was subscribed/installed when the save was created/last saved. So it can include more than people actually need, but it should do the trick. If it's an old save it might install old mods that are broken, but otherwise it'll get all the assets used. I use it a bunch when helping out people who have issues with their save, so they don't need to list what they have subscribed.
