Turkey is, but not as rapaciously as France is devouring Catalunya. Karl Filip is a better heir, but I would've much preferred a higher MIL stat.

Thankfully I don't share a border with Lithuania, and they have their own concerns with the Hordes and southern neighbours. They had guaranteed Riga, but the Teuton's wouldn't give military access so it was a sort of moot point.
