Hey, im just writing this as a FYI, the mod is incompatible with plop the growables if you want plopped
buildings to not change over time. Pity that I can't pick and choose between zoned and plopped, the mod looked great!

Im noticing an issue that locking the building from upgrading does not stop it from upgrading with this mod enabled, so for example people who manually place buildings in downtowns or etc. they will continue to keep upgrading even when locked.

Sorry, but I have no plans to make this mod compatible with plop the growables.

is it possible to only use the level caps, and not the other aspects of the mod? And do the level caps also apply to non-residential zones?
