Looks like a healthy city with insane industry area that has overloaded your shipping lane. There is only one shipping lane on this part of the map.
Either reduce the imports/exports of the industry area, or find/create more things that will use your freight locally, or just reduce the industry buildings in the area.
It looks fine, as long as your imports are making their destinations on time. Otherwise you may need to make some alterations if you start getting abandonment.
