I am playing SRP v.5 on the hard setting and I noticed that I am gaining .4 manpower per month as the US. I have only played through 1942 but I did join the allies in 40 when Britian invited me. I figured that maybe once I went to war my manpower would go up but it didnt. Is this normal? Is there a set time that manpower levels go up? I mean I expect hard to be challenging but this is kinda rediculous.

looks like an event didnt fire, or is missing.
there should be the same event as in HSR, that beefs up US manpower. (gear up for war / draft, cant really remember what its called)

I experienced the same thing as being German under the very hard level. Only gains 6 manpower every month.
thats why its the very hard level / gröfatz
its supposed to be challenging. allthough i've only managed to take poland,benelux and france with that manpower. the ruskies beat me to a pulp.
