Operation Rage
White house the beginning of the August '43
Wallace hurried in the corridors of the White house. He had a message for the President. He reached Roosevelt's office
"Sir, I have some news from the pacific!" Wallace quickly shouted
"Go on Henry." President said worrisome
"Sir, The remains of the Soviet Union somehow were able to create and install a puppet into the North Korea. More accurately, to peoples republic of Korea! I think that we should follow their example and install loyal puppet to the south." Wallace continued
"Let's do it then." President answered
While Wallace was leaving the office, the chief of the navy, Harold Stark entered the office
"Sir, the operation scrap the metal and men is nos finished." Harold stated firmly
"Good! How much did we get?" Roosevelt asked
"Some two.." Stark continued
"Million?" President asked very eagerly
"Nope, some two hundred thousand. We were able to get some two hundred thousand men by transferring them from those old boats and meaningless islands to other jobs." Stark replied
"Oh well, thats better than nothing I guess.." President replied much less eagerly
And then suddenly from nowhere, like destabilizing meteor from the sky, Henry Arnold jumped into the office. Harold suddenly decided that it was time to wash his boots and he left.
"SIR!!!!!! PLEASE WATCH THIS! IT'S LIKE SO INTERESTING!!!!!!!!
" Arnold shouted like always
"Oh well.... Go on but please do it quick." Roosevelt sounded desperate
"THANK YOU SIR!"
"WHAT THE **** HENRY! You just ran here only with the information that you have started researching some goddamn air thing
?"
"But sir it's like so cool to see them fighting all around dispersed...
" Arnold said
"GET THE F*** OUT OF MY OFFICE NOW HENRY!" President lost his patience and threw Arnold with some darned thick book.
Obviously Henry left the office quite quickly
White house again some two months later
Wallace went to see the President as usual and he had a message also. This time it was a lot serious.
"Sir, this seems to be quite bad. The northern Korea or The Peoples blabla just declared war on it's Southern partner! This also means that we are in war with the Soviet Union or it's remains as they are backing the Northern Korean very strongly!"
"Hmm, I think that we should leave the Soviet Union alone. We don't have to fight them as the Germans seem to be doing it well enough." President stated
The war in the Korean peninsula was quite short as it was only some month later when the Southern boys attacked the Northern Korea and annexed it. Somehow the Northern Korea was ceded to the Japan. This surprised even the President. And it looks like that the RepChi and ComChi are allied against the Germany.
In the November of the '43 the Germans were still killing flies.
The end was coming closer and closer all the time.
Even Henry Arnold gathered his braveness and went to see the President and told that he had seen soooo many cool planes fighting all over the place very dispersed. The end of '43 also saw the era of the super weapons coming closer.
In the very end of the '43 Malin Craig and Douglas MacArthur wanted to see mr. President. They had a new plan to get foothold near Europe.
"Good evening gentlemen, so you had some neat plans?" President began
"Sir, we have found that the areas Admiral Darlan left for us are mostly occupied. We had no forces to keep them in that time. Which is pity of course. But anyway, it seems that the Canadians have given us one division as expeditionary and it has been able to keep Casablanca. I think that we should launch invasion to there and eventually conquer the Northern Africa. Then we could threaten Italy and Spain. We have also made some improvements for our elite infantry" MacArthur said
"This operation shall be "Operation Rage"" MacArthur continued a bit
"Sounds interesting. I'll give you permission to proceed. Do whatever needed. You can leave now." President put the meeting to it's end
The Africa was pretty much just walk in the park. It was taken completely already in the end of the January '44. We also built one super modern airfield to the Africa so our bombers could start wrecking the Spain. And they started. Before any attacking maneuvers the Industrial Capacity of Spain was bombed from some 30-40 physical factories to some 10 factories. The first steps on the Spanish soil were taken in the beginning of the February.
The battle of the Huelva was the battle of Titans. MacArthur versus Franco, The USA versus the Evilness. Eventually the battle was won after several days of intensive fighting and some 10-12 divisions were encircled in the Southern Spain. It's a pity that the Portugal joined Axis as now the troops defending Huelva fled there.
The mighty three (Arnold, MacArthur and Craig) as they were called in the America decided to report the situation for the President by themselves.
"Welcome back!" President congratulated these three guys
"Thank you sir, can we begin now so we can go and keep the war rolling nicely?" MacArthur asked
"Oh yes. Go on then." Roosevelt said a bit amazed about the straightness of MacArthur
"So as you can see from the maps we have a firm beachhead in the European mainland. It may take some three or four months to liberate Spain as it all depends if the Germans are sending lots of reinforcements here. If they do, then we are screwed" MacArthur talked while Craig was handing the papers over the president
"Brits have nice foothold in the Greece, but the line has been static for a long time. Many months. I think that they are enjoying a nice trench warfare in there." MacArthur ended his statement
"Alright. It seems that we are going towards the right direction. Next stop is Berlin I guess" Roosevelt said happily
"SIR SIR SIR!!!!!! So you don't want to hear about my heroic maneuvers in the AIR with PLANES!?!?!" Arnold jumped off from his chair
"SIR CAN YOU IMAGINE, I WAS FLYING ONE OF OUR BOMBERS AND THEN CABOOOOOOOM I DROPPED THE BOMB!"
"But then suddenly from nowhere, SWOOOOOOOOSH RATATTATATATATATTATATA Italian interceptor plain attacked my BOMBER! Can you IMAGINE! MY BOMBER FULL OF HOLES, ONLY I WAS ALIVE! Then I just decided that F*CK THIS, I'll take that thing down which shot my plane full of holes! I just somehow made some superiorly magnificent Maneuvers and I found myself from the 12 clock of the interceptor and shot that darned thing down with my pistol!" Arnold explained
"BOMBING WAS LIKE THIS!" Arnold kept shouting
"Thank you Arnold. I think that this is it boys. You can go back to wage war and I shall take a drink. Please, leave" President ended the meeting
