Hi,
because it will take time until patch 1.04 i've made a little mod which fixes some minor and greater bugs, which can be solved without help of Johann! ;) :D ;)
I will offer this seperately because not all mods have included this(for VIP i don't know) and perhaps some don't want to mod their game, so they can download it seperately!

So here is list of what is fixed right now:
Code:
-fixed bug swiss in ross river
-fixed bug in trigger of random event 24021
-solved problem with random event "Goldrush" because it gives not a bonus
on precious metal as it should(works now correct...thanks to Pimparel)
-included the siebenbuergen_east.csv so that there will be
no longer an empty province in austria
-fixed two other pop bugs in luristan-arabshiite.csv and namibia4.csv(in all scenarios)
--fixed the two economy events 23054/23055: fist one gives now correct
bonus on rgo production and second event don't lead to negative rgo
 production anymore(now exactly 0)
-fixed error in Hannover.txt
-fixed the "First russian railroad" event in flavour_russisa.txt
-fixed clipper transport startup of UK and Egypt
-fixed bug with the socialist revolution
-added corrected(taken from POP-Mod) eastaustralian.csv(Rockhampton province is no more empty)
More things to add....

Please report bugfixes which can be solved by ourselves in comments thread .
Thanks!
