I do not think there are many user maps out there. I fear the modding community + the map creators have left Majesty 2 
There are a couple maps on this forum, and one or two more if you register the game and look under the other forums here. Sadly, only a couple people are willing to learn the editor and make maps. We love the few of those that do though!
Majesty 2 is unfriendly on creating communities of map makers. Hapuga is slow as a sandworm on updating his tutorial. But at least he did something (thanks for your nice contribution). And what about the "fan majesty" webpage, it hasn´t been updated since dic 2009¿?.
btw check this http://fanfantasy.info/_en/index.php/2009-10-08-10-30-08/karty/10-lyubitelskie-karty.html as if you dont register your game you dont have full acess to the forum so at least those are available; there could be some others hidden in the forum (2-4). (nice way to spread the word, by senseless restrictions)...

I like this game alot, although it could have been (much) better.
