I've just started playing my first game of HSR, but was rather disappointed that I couldn't use Rommel's artwork or the Germanization pack with it. Is there some way I could use them? Btw, I've also installed the HSR GFX pack.

mods prefere files existent in the mod dir to those existent in the hoi dir..
delete or replace the files in the mod dir and it will work..
