I had the "Mongolian Railway completed" event occur, and it gave an infrastructure bonus of +1404......in Argentan. That's right, a province in northern France. :wacko: I spend the money, the French get the results, this is weird. Czechoslovakia and Poland have gone to war with Germany in 1938, and the Germans have lost East Prussia, and half the rest of Germany in 4 months. That is a horrid AI there. There are some other oddities too.

I think it is not the problem of the AI, it's reality. Poland had a huge army, and CZSK wasn't a dwarf either. And also, Germany has Z plan which requires lot of IC, they are building a navy, that is not a problem for Poland and CZSK.
