Hello. I've followed all of the advice on the fixit thread in this forum, but I still can't get the game to launch. Nothing is helping. I've done all of the reinstallations, updated windows and my AMD software and drivers, but nothing is working. I've attached the outputs requested as well as a screencap of the issue in task manager. Please help.

Seeing a lot of WindowsWcpOtherFailure3, which indicates yoru windows updates are failing. You should run a full windows update and ensure nothing is causing problems there. especially since steam and the steam CEF are also failing too.

Also to the basics of running steam as an administrator, as well as whitelisting the game and steam in the MS Antivirus

I think I've done everything, but it's still not working. I've at least gotten some crash reports this time around, so seems to be going in the right direction?

It's still crashing on me after I followed those links, did the installs, and restarted my system again. Here is the latest crash report.

Your COU is a tad under the minimum requirements, I'm starting to see a few cases like this today - both Intel and AMD.
I suspect the 1.1.x patches are fussier about meeting the minimums. If you revert to the 1.03 game patch in the Steam Betas tab for the game, does that run okay?

We now think this is an issue with dual CPU systems.

CPU or GPU slightly below the minimum requirements should not cause a crash like this. If that is confirmed there will be a hotfix soon to address that problem.

Sorry about that!

In the meantime you can revert the game to version 1.03 in the Steam Betas tab for the game, which does not have that problem.

Is there a way to revert to 1.03 patch when using Xbox GamePass ?
There is not, I am sorry - MS do not provide any facility for us to enable that.
