Our weekly EU2-MP couldn't take place yesterday, because none of us had access to the Valkirienet. Is V-Net longer out of service?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Host by IP instead. V-net is up and down more than a yoyo. It's under Multiplayer -> Internet. Type in the IP number you're hosting/connecting to and press the corresponding button.

To host you don't have to enter an IP. To connect, don't forget to delete the invisible space that's there when you enter that screen
It makes your screen freeze up if you don't delete it.
