V:R MP bug

I have Victoria Revolutions 2.01 with the four OHgamer Hotfixes, and I have a bug in a MP that I'm playing. I research the same tecnology 5 times!!, after the fifh time researching the same tecnology, the research works ok.

I'm USA and the tecnology that gives the bug is ideological thought

This happens, if you click research button several times. Even if it seems that researching doesn't start immediately after you clicked the button you should wait 2 or 3 days before clicking it again. Otherwise you will research the tech twice or as many times as you clicked it.
