v1.3b : the USSR GDE bug returns!

The USSR GDE bug is back... but for the Human player, not for the AI!

Playing as USSR on Normal/Aggressive, v1.3b (a fresh install + patch, un-modified)...

On December 12th, 1939, my GDE jumped from 0.2 to 0.5 (+0.3 instead of +0.1).

On May 1st, 1940, it jumped from 0.5 to 0.9 (+0.4 instead of +0.1).

At this rate, by the time all the events finish firing, my GDE will be 3.5! I will be totally invulnerable... if the game doesn't crash first...

Checking the event files, the coding errors are in events 2660, 2651, 2652, 2653, 2654, 2666 and 2655.

In my own install, I've managed to fix them all except 2655... Halp! :wacko:

Correction... I was overly optomistic...

It's back for the AI-Russia as well. Their GDE gets set to 1.0 in January 1936... instead of being set to 0.8 as it should be for AI-Russia.

The invincible Russian Army! Finally... properly simulated! :rofl:
