v3.10.1 (9758) Game crashes to desktop on certain date

Hello,

I just came to the game during the Steam Sale and have only started my first two savegames. But I am running into the same issue: random game crashes which end up in a final crash that results in the savegame to not be playable beyond a certain date. For the first save I couldn't really read out any specific crash date, but for the second save I could nail it down to this popup on 2240.03.09 (see screenshot attached).

I am on a late 2019 MacBook Pro Retina 16 with Mac OS Sonoma.

DLC:
- Utopia
- Federations
- Horizon Signal
- Synthetic Dawn Story Pack
- Distant Stars Story Pack

No Mods.

Any help is welcome.

We are seeing crashes on Macs since the recent patch.

Please visit this thread in Bug Reports, and attach there a save file that shows this problem.

This is still an issue in version 3.10.1 -- when will this be fixed? Extremely frustrating as it renders the game completely unplayable.

I am sorry but I have no ability to get the answer to that question - I'm just an external support contractor, I have no access to QA or the developers.

All I know is that this is a known issue, was attempted to be fixed in the previous hotfix (but they know that attempt did not succeed) and has attention from management.
