I recently decided to try MP, but to my dissapointment: I enter MP, choose Valkyrenet, and try to select a channel, but as soon as I click a channel the game freezes!

Had this happen to me for over an hour this weekend (froze me 7 or 8 times in a row). Rebooted my pc a couple of times and it eventually let me in. Probably just a temporary glitch in vnet. I suggest giving it another go.

Nope, nothing, still happening, I guess I'll try a few more times, but I'm beginning to lose hope...
Still no luck, but I have another question, how come some channels are grayed out? Does that mean there is nobody there, or what?
I have had the same problem - both with 1.06beta versions and then with a uninstall/clean install 1.07 patch version. Go to Vnet, get told to select a channel - click on channel name - *freeze*. Since I am mainly a single player player this is annoying, but I have not persued it beyond searching these boards and seeing nothing.
The same problem that zBla have, sometimes occur for me as well but never for long. Don't bother me much (even though I can see it's bothering zBla...).
But I am also confused why some channels are yellow and some grey. It's different from time to time. What does it mean?
