Vassal Contract Bug between Feudal Liege and Clan Vassal

Description​

I used a fabricated hook to modify my new liege's contract adding the Demand Council privilege. After submitting I was able to demand a council position but when I went to switch to another position, the privilege no longer showed on the menu and when I went to check the "Modify Vassal Contract" for the status, the selection was grayed out saying something like "you are waiting on lieges response???"

Steps to reproduce​

Please note in reading reproduction of issue below, I only fabricated one hook. I forgot when, so I added three possible points in the scenarios where i could have fabricated the hook, all starting with "Forgot if I did this ..."

- [Forgot if I did this first] Fabricate hook on target potential Feudal liege
- Convert from Tribal to Clan Duchess
- [Forgot if I did this during] Fabricate hook on target potential Feudal liege
- Swore fealty to target Feudal King liege
- [Forgot if I did this after] Fabricate hook on liege
- Modify vassal contract for "Demand Council"
- Demanded Spymaster Council Position
- Got the Spymaster Council Position
- Attempted to change to another position
- Found that I no longer had privilege to select
- Unable to check Vassal Contract with my Liege
